From the ASASA ruling:

"In light of the above, the Directorate dismisses the respondent's contention that the complaint was lodged in bad faith. The need for the "unambiguous" affidavit and a "reasonable explanation" as to why the complainant's stylometry is similar to that of Dr Steinman therefore falls away.
